Ale Yeast Mead Experiment - Update

Now at 3 weeks out and fermentation has slowed dramatically. Some batches are already showing signs of clearing. A quick sniff of the batches reveals a variety of aromas. I'm pleased at this stage, and the aromas are a good indication that I am going to get a variety of flavors, which is what I was hoping for. I hope to be able to get an initial sip in a couple of weeks.
