I filtered the un-oaked blended dry with the #2 (polishing) filters yesterday. Wow. Just... wow. Clear as crystal. Just amazing.
The second round of the #1 (coarse) filters on the oaked blended went fine, no problems at all. I plan on hitting that batch with the #2s tomorrow.
